A second Home.
Om is a unique project of I.T.G, located at touristic locations all over Greece.
This project combines properties that are valuable both as an investment property and as vacation apartments.
Om. HALKIDIKI
Our amazing vacation apartment complex in the center of Afitos, Hlakikdi, contains 11 seaview apartments, just 500 metres from the beach.
The apartments will be used either as vacation homes by their owners, or rented on the platform “Airbnb,” in order to create a yearly income.
The building is being fully renovated and the apartments are designed in a bohemic luxurious style. The design aim is to have a feeling of HOME.
The projects will be done in July 2022
